My first attempt at making Hollandaise sauce this morning. I'd say A+. Even if you do have to whip it until your arm is about to fall off...Then I got out the hand held mixer, poached a couple of eggs, heated up some turkey sausage and grape tomatos, and I had myself a very nice breakfast.
